It is great to see people responding so well, to what we are doing.

Tamara Pooley, Channel Nine News
Tamara was one of the first to rally to our cause. Her story in July 2004, showed people what we are trying to achieve, and helped pave the way for the amazing events that followed.

People stopped us in the street to say things like "It's great what you’re doing, keep up the good work", and "What you are doing is important".

Tamara's follow-up story in Jan '06 revitalised people's interest, and gave the project further credibility.

Kellie Riordan, ABC Coast FM
Kellie interviewed Michael and Craig in early July 2004, to alert the public about the concert/film night fundraiser sponsored by the Gold Coast Arts Centre. Again, this helped others hear about what we are doing.
